Compress Directory PowerShell Script

This compress directory PowerShell script allows you to compress multiple subdirectories as individual .zip files to a specified output directory.  Simply provide the parent directory and destination directory as parameters to the Script.  From there, each subdirectory in the parent will be neatly compressed and packaged as an individual file and written to the destination directory.
