## How it works

2. Within a couple of days, you get a free 5-minute video: exactly what your replacement would look like, what it would cost to build, and what it would cost to run on your own AWS account.
3. No call. No pitch deck. Just the video.
4. If you want to proceed: flat-fee one-week build, deployed to your AWS account, you own the code forever.

## Pricing

- **Build:** typically $2,500–$7,500 flat (often less than two years of the SaaS)
- **Run cost:** pennies to a few dollars a month in your AWS account
- **Guarantee:** if it doesn't do what you need by Friday, you don't pay
- **Ownership:** the code is yours. No vendor lock-in.
