Kanban Board for Excel – Version 1.0
I’ve created this tool for Agile project managers and Scrum Masters. Use this tool in your projects and sprints to produce an Excel based Kanban board.

This is a quick user guide to get you started with the tool. It will have you up and running quickly.
Step One: Enter Team Information
On the Team information tab enter a team name and the names of your team members. This will make the team name appear on the Kanban and Board tabs. It will also allow you to select these team members in the Assignee column of the Kanban tab.
Step Two: Enter Workflow State names
Enter the names of your workflow states on the Workflow States tab. This will allow you to select these states in the Board State column of the Kanban tab.
Step Three: Enter Task Information
On the Kanban tab enter task information for your team. Updates will appear in the Board tab.
